Apricot Rocket is confident that we can create new customers, not just leads, for your business. Therefore, Apricot Rocket offers a full Money Back Guarantee (hereinafter referred to as “the Offer” or “this Offer”) under the following terms and conditions:

  1. The Offer is made to all Account Owners who have upgraded to Pro Level 1 or higher.
  2. This Offer is effective as of April 23, 2021.
  3. This Offer extends to all Account Owners who make 12 uninterrupted monthly payments of at least $19.95 or greater starting on or after April 23, 2021.
  4. For Account Owners who created their Account before April 23, 2021 this Offer becomes effective on the date of their first payment for Pro Level 1 services at the monthly fee level of $19.95, or a higher level account.
  5. The Offer is only valid if Account Owner has made twelve sequential timely payments for their Account.
  6. If an Account Owner’s monthly automatic billing fails to process because of a expired or declined credit or debit card then the Offer will be considered to be revoked, unless the Account Owner proactively contacts Apricot Rocket within 5 business days of the billing failure event to provide a new valid payment in which case no interruption of the Offer will be considered to have occurred.
  7. The maximum amount of the Money Back Guarantee is $239.40.
  8. Account Owners must notify Apricot Rocket that they desire a refund of their payments not sooner than 30 days before, nor later than 30 days after, the 12th monthly payment is made.
  9. Account owners requesting a refund hereunder may make a refund request using the form below.
  10. The Money Back Guarantee will be honored with a payment in the amount of $239.40 made not sooner than 30 days, nor later than 60 days, after the 12th monthly payment made for service.
  11. Account Owners desiring to obtain a refund under the terms of the Money Back Guarantee must terminate their account and remove any records from the Apricot Rocket system at the time they make the request for a refund hereunder.
  12. Negative postings about Apricot Rocket, or about the Apricot Rocket Networking Group program, or the Apricot Rocket Affiliate Program, or about any staff member (or employee) of Apricot Rocket on any internet website or social platform (including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Yelp, or YouTube) will disqualify the Account Owner from obtaining a refund hereunder.
  13. This Offer is only valid if Account Owner provides all requested Company Profile information and lists at least 5 Services Offered within 30 days of upgrading their Account to Pro Level 1 or higher.
  14. This Offer is only valid if Account Owner has earned at least 8,000 Tokens by answering Survey Questions, and if Account Owner has requested at least one quote on a Service Offered by a vendor within the Apricot Rocket system. Earning 8,000 Tokens is easy and the survey only takes about 5 minutes to complete.
  15. This Offer is only available to Account Owners who are residents of the United States.
  16. Affiliate Program Members
    1. Affiliate Program Members who have withdrawn Affiliate Earnings, or redeemed Rocket Tokens for cash, are not qualified to request a refund.
    2. Affiliate Program Members who have joined an Apricot Rocket Networking Group as a Member are not qualified to request a refund.
